Colors launches Season 2 of Mission Sapne

Colors, the channel from Viacom18, is all set to launch the second edition of its non-fiction show Mission Sapne. The new season of the social message-based show that features celebrities, starts on January 17, and will air every Sunday at 11 am on Colors.
Produced by Sobo Films, Mission Sapne Season 2 will feature 10 entertainers who will learn the tricks of various trades to raise funds in support of a deserving individual. The show will have these film actors use their talent, wit and star persona to ensure that the chosen individual’s business does well. An official statement adds, “The celebrities will indulge in some hard work while trying to raise the entertainment quotient through activities like gully cricket, song and dance-led requests, special tips, reciting blockbuster dialogues, comedy and mimicry, selfies, on-the-spot competitions, and dares and challenges that eager fans might bring their way in the hope of earning more money for their cause.”

Commenting on the second edition of the show, Smruti Shinde, director, Sobo Films, says, “To change the life of the common man by extending a helping hand to realise their dreams is the USP of Mission Sapne. While we achieved that to a great extent in Season 1, with Mission Sapne Season 2, we look forward to magnify the effect of positivity and hope to make a difference in the lives of those in need.”
