  1. Now this TP is having signals.

  2. They are now testing only as i think. so still they didnt added that TP in NIT too. if they fully migrate to GSAT then we might not get any new TP in NIT.

I got it see the 1st post picture. you can get from where i got it . 😛
By the way if its not from GSAT 10 then it shoild be from Insat 4A itself but as far as i know Insat 4A doesn’t have Vertical Polarity officially.
Yes there is a chance of new TP activated from Insat 4A itself but we know this satellite have power issues , so can they activate another TP ?

From your 1st post I dont find how it proves Gsat 😀

Its not about Skew as all are getting it. But just want to be sure if its Gsat or Insat 4A with Vertical tps.

the Vpids, Apids and even there are 2 ECMS on this TP similar to H tp

I told about Skew but as per calculations only Insat 4A might not have the capacity of activating another TP. so other than Gsat 10 there is no other Satellites in that Orbit.

  4. they will test one by one tp only not all tp together

  5. In this picture you can see the Vertical TP only in marked area. there is no other TP having any activity.

  6. as mj details same channel details

i possibility is that they are shifting all tp to gsat 10 from insat 4a

as insat 4a life is almost complete and then they may think about migrating to other sat ie as7/8

if they do not shift from insat 4a and directly go for migration to as7/8 then as we know migration process will take 1 to 1.5 year for full migration of all the subscribers if in between if insat4a fails them big problem for them

so they may be shifting to gsat 10 as gsat 10 has v tp for their safety

  7. Good news for Tata sky customers.

check channel details for this both v and h tp , ie vpid , apid and ppid are channel are same or different
    [/quote]

Right . they are same but still not added in NIT .
By the way if its skew then no other TPs have a signals in V TP or even no signs of any small activity.in other TPs from V Pol.

  10. To shift to New satellite they can afford bringing down Insat 4A life by activating new V tps … this is my guess.. what others say?

  14. One doubt.. how to be sure if its Gsat 10 only?
Bit rates , Carrier width is almost same like Insat 4A

Both V and H are showing carrier width : 43.199Mhz, Bit rate: 51Mbits

So Gsat also has same like Insat 4A ?

  15. Mostly MPEG2 TPs are in the lineup .

  16. Next might be 11550 V

  17. Yes 🙂 its showing signals from V tp, but channels currently are same as 11172 H 32000 frequency

  18. It’s a DVBS QPSK TP .
    11169,V,32000,78,DVB-S,QPSK
