We would like to inform you the Channel Number of below mentioned Sports and English GEC has been changed. Because of this activity you may receive no Signal issue on some of the channels. In our endeavor to provide you with the best services we are requesting you to please try some self troubleshooting steps that may help you to recover from this no signal problem.
In case if you facing No Signal issue on some channels, please:
Reboot your STB or d2h Product (Power OFF from mains and again ON), it will show Home channel
Keep watching the home channel for at least 5 min & then switch to your preferred channel this problem should get resolved automatically.
If issue still persist, please follow the below stapes to reset your product:
Step 2:Go to Setup and Press ok.
ress ok on Installation option.
Step 4:Enter Installation Code 1234 and confirm by pressing Ok.
Step 5:Select Box Settings and scroll down to Reset option.
ress O.K. to Confirm.
Step 7:Wait till the Box reboot again (Approx 90 sec) and will lead to First Time Installation screen.
ress O.K. to continue and Quick Installation screen will prompt on the TV Screen.
Step 9:Select Alternate language e.g. Hindi and press o.k. which lead to Region Selection.
Step 10:Select User Region e.g. North and Proceed to User City selection and confirm by pressing o.k.
Step 11:Check the Signal Strength & Quality which should be in Green Color.
Step 12:Now Press Green button on the remote to scan the channels & post channel scan press O.K. Button respectively to save the channel list.
ress on -Yes” to save which lead to Home channel.
