Update :  GSAT 10 is not dead?

GSAT 10 is not dead?
Here are some articles related to GAGAN payload which is onboard GSAT 10 satellite and it suggests that GAGAN will be operational later this yesr, so i hope GSAT 10 Transponders are haned over to Tata Sky soon

Gsat 8 which also has gagan is also not used till now.satellite is there in the orbit and it may be working for other services.if Gsat 8, 10 all are working why they be wasting these many months keeping them idle? Both are over 1 year.i think some problem with them and not suitable for dth services to use .

Well as mentioned in one of the articles that first payload of GAGAN was launched in GSAT8 and second payload was launched on GSAT10, they require both payloads to start operating GAGAN, regarding Ku band transponders not being used on GSAT 8, well how can it be used as there is no dth operator at that position so obviously no will be interested to use that satellite
