I believe its for Tata Sky. No other DTH operator can use it as all have their hands full . ABS must be testing the TP's after which they will hand it over to Tata Sky

In India , broadcasters can only relay their channels on C Band but in foreign countries if channels r allowed to air on Ku Band then may be these broadcasters r aiming Foreign Market and have started testing but chances r very slim as specially i don't think DD Regional Channels would any day go to Foreign Country. Only DD India is meant for it

Any chance of ABS Group launching new DTH or Hits for India? it's very much confusing because of the Provider name as ABS. if it's Tatasky then no need to test by ABS for Tatasky. AFAIK any Satellite network is not testing any other TV Channels even it's FTA without the permission of certain operator unless they have the contract for those channels. correct me if wrong. these are rebroadcasting of channels by a provider . If it's Tatasky then the provider name has to be Tatasky itself. it's neither DD nor Tatasky.

Yes you are right no dth or group can test any FTA channels without its permission.

Trace Sports is surprise here, as only Airtel digital tv carried this channels before and airtel digital tv used to be at 74 East few years ago when they migrated, but trace sports was added only Ses7 only.

Kalaignar group channels are surprise as no dth has all its bouquet

All Channels have very good quality video

Must be something which we are missing to find out.
