BTW Which TV u r having ?

sony bravia - KLV EX 300  hd ready tv
LG - 42LS3400 full hd tv

but no difference in sd n hd chnanels on both the tvs
but sd channels' picture quality is awesome

can it be lnb problem ?
bcoz whenever two tvs run simultaneously the picture quality on hd chnanels also degrades a liitle bit only

I am not having good opinion on LG TVs .. recently my relatives bought 2 49" Full HD TV and using TS Transfer+ .. we cant increase the contrast and sharpness much .. if we do it then the Picture bcomes like paint pasted ... so leave it ..
In Sony U should get the best PQ although its HD Ready .. change the HD resolution in STB which matches the Sony TV .. By using HDMI there should not be a issue in getting best PQ for HD Channels better than SD .... even u didnt get them then just change the LNB and Cables and do a Master reset in STB..

R U using any Splitters [PD=Power Dividers] or Diseqc switch for connecting both TV at once ? if so 1st remove and check connecting separately...

no bro. i have 2 hd connections of adtv only.
in my both tvs - pq of sd channels are very very good. no pixellation et al.
no dullness. but hd chnanels are almost same as sd channels. no major improvement.
when i purchased adtv hd connection, i was told the pq will increase atleast by 50 %

U told as if u run 2 TV simultaneousely then PQ bcomes Dull ? if not and its separate connection then how can that happen ? no connections btween 2 TV or STB ! Either u r using Splitters/Diseqc/Loop/Dual port LNB there should not be any connections btween 2 and PQ will not be effected. ..
