MUMBAI: NDTV Good Times is all set to
launch season three of ‘Kingfisher
Supermodels’ on 24 October.
Viewers will get to witness the
making of supermodels on the show
that will air at 10 pm every Saturday
and Sunday.
Bollywood star Neha Dhupia will
mentor the contestants. The show
will have 10 aspiring models across 20
episodes and various challenges to win
one title.
NDTV Good Times channel head Arati
Singh said, “With its 3rd season the
show is the longest running reality
model hunt on Indian Television and
this year it is all set to raise the bar
higher, as it gets interesting with
tasks that require the contestants to
push their limits. The surge in
participation from contestants all
across remote regions of country is a
testament to the growing popularity
of the show.”
Bringing in freshness, this season will
see fun pool parties, never heard
before ‘Confessions of a Supermodel’,
photo shoots and Elimination. Every
episode will have a competition for
which, industry stalwarts will groom
the girls and judge them on the final
outcome.
The contestants will be seen
performing demanding tasks like
Cobweb, Aerial, Underwater and more
to be shot by ace photographers like
Atul Kasbekar and Colston Julian and
judged by celebrities like Dino Morea,
Rina Dhaka, Shivann & Narresh and
others.
Dhupia said, “I am very excited to
announce the new season of
Kingfisher Supermodels. The show is
back with new surprises in store. The
girls on the show are extremely
competitive and I am confident that
Kingfisher Supermodels 3 will give
them a chance to kick start their
career in the industry.”
United Breweries SVP marketing Samar
Singh Sheikhawat said, “Kingfisher
Supermodels is the most aspirational
model hunt in India. The winner of the
hunt gets to live her dream of being
featured in the legendary Kingfisher
Calendar. The last two editions saw an
overwhelming response from the
audience and as we usher in the third
season, the competition only gets
harder with a whole new series of
gripping tasks. But with our cool and
stylish task master, Neha Dhupia
mentoring the contestants, I am sure
the show will rise further on the
popularity charts of Indian
Television.”
