Breaking NOW : No More Grace Period on Airtel Digital DTH from 7th February
Effective from 7th February 2012 onwards.. there will be no grace period viewing... which means.. as soon as the customer account becomes 0 (Zero) it will become inactive... unlike previously where they used to give 2 days of grace period.

So from now onwards customers should recharge it before it becomes 0 (Zero)

No more Negative balance for customer from 7th February 2012.
That means customers should pay soon.
Thanks to everyone and wish you all the best.
It will be better to both in my view as the DTH will not suffer if customers does not recharge it and most of them will be having around 20rs negative and for the churn it takes the amount to few lakhs also.

For customers if it is not negative then they will get exactly the days of viewing as per the amount they paid.Currently as it was being in negative there used to be bad name against the DTH operators that they are charging money but disconnecting couple of days early itself.
