Guide to solve Airtel Digital TV error codes

We can refresh Airtel Digital TV by just sending a sms. We need to send different SMS for different Error codes which is shown on TV.

Are you getting Error Code 4, Channel not subscribed?

For Error Code 4 (Channel not subscribed) – If channel is already subscribed on your account please SMS HR to 54325 from your registered mobile number after switching ON your STB for next 20 minutes to view the services instantly, if your STB is OFF now.

 

If you have not subscribed for the channel please SMS ADD to 54325. SMS charges apply.

 

Are you getting Error Code 6, Please recharge your account to resume your service even after you have enough balance?

For Error Code 6 – Please recharge your account to resume your services. If you have sufficient balance please SMS HR to 54325 from your registered mobile number after switching ON your STB for next 20 minutes, to view the services instantly.

    1. Basic thing it to keep STB in ON mode while doing recharge. and minimum recharge value for airtel dth is 150rs. If you have done these basics then your channels should start working within 10-15min. If still not working then u can call 12150 CC with airtel mobile number and ask to refresh.
