Hello to All our DTHHELP website browsers, Since Last few days Tatasky , Sun Direct and other DTH also have started to Auto Migrate its Subscribers packs to its nearest Package and thereby causing problems in viewing to the subscribers as their desired channels have been cut off and they are worried about how to get back to their desired packs, Calling the Toll Free number is big headache as the Lines are always busy and more over its not easy to understand the packs.
We, At DTHHELP have started this post to all those needy people who are in need of help to change their package as per the needs.
Tatasky , Sun Direct users who packs have been migrated to new packs and if you are facing problems to get back your interested channels you can ask us here for Help and we will try to sort it out and add the desired packs as per your wish.
Here is what you have to do-…
Just Leave a comment here with your Subscriber ID and the package you would like that subscribe to with your contact number and your last payment date and amount details. We Wont be publishing your ID or other confidential details here . We will do the needful and just reply you as comment once the solution is done.
It will be much better if you can send screenshot from your TV screen with ID number on TV screen displayed. You can reach us on email id email@example.com with that screenshot just to authenticate it.
