How to Add or Remove Channels on Airtel DTH
Airtel DTH customers can easily add or remove channels from their plan using the Airtel Thanks app or by sending an SMS.
To add channels via SMS:
- Send an SMS with the following format:
ADD <Channel Number>to 54325 from your registered mobile number. - For example, to add the channel Zee Cinema, you would send an SMS with the following text:
ADD 203.
To add/remove channels via the app:
To add channels via the app, open the Airtel Thanks app and navigate to the ‘Services’ tab. Click on the DTH section and enter your customer ID if prompted. In the next window, you will see an ‘Add channel’ option. Find your preferred channel and select it. Confirm the selection and make payment for the channel. The new channel will be added to your plan within some time. You can use the same App to remove the channels as well.
